Elaine is Amber Heard’s lawyer, representing her in the defamation case by her ex-husband Johnny Deep. Johnny Depp is suing Amber Heard for $50 million over a Washington Post op-ed where she wrote about being a survivor of domestic violence. Although she never mention Johnny, Johnny’s lawyer Benjamin Chew said it was clear Amber was regering to Johnny.

Amber has accused Johhny of slapping her three times in 2013 after she laughed at his infamous ‘Wino Forever’ tattoo, and attacking her in a cocaine and alcohol-fueled tirade over accusations that she cheated on him with ‘rapist’ James Franco.

During the trial however, Johnny claims that it is Amber who was violent when their relationship soured. He alleged that they had frequent arguments and Amber used to call him demeaning words. He alos alleged that she threw a vodka bottle at him during an argument which ensued after he asked her to sign a prenup in 2015, and resulted in his middle finger being cut off. He has also accused her of putting fecal matter on his side of their bed in 2016.

Amber has also counter-sued Johnny seeking $100 million in damages and has alleged that Depp’s legal team falsely accused her of fabricating the claims against Johnny.

Elaine Bredehoft Quits

There were rumors that Elaine had quit over a contested claim about makeup Heard allegedly used to cover bruises but it is not true.

But Milani said on TikTok that it didn’t release that correcting kit until 2017.

Amber however had a lawyer, Roberta Kaplan who withdrew from her case but didn’t reveal the reason for the move.
