Keenleyside is a designer who began her career as an interior designer at Envision Sales Inc. She later joined Divine Design with Candice Olson as a designer and prop coordinator. In 2010 she joined Candice Tells All, Fusion Television as a designer and product coordinator.
In December 2010 she founded Sarah Keenleyside Designs where she was a principal designer. In January 2013 she joined Qanūk Interiors Inc. as a principal designer before becoming a co-owner in 2019.
