Quiana Echols Watson is an American real estate broker, podcaster and entrepreneur based in the Metro Atlanta area. She is the owner of Watson Realty Co., a boutique, full-service Atlanta real estate firm. She is also the CEO of Agents Tools For Sucess.

Anthony spotted Quiana, who was on her way to dinner with a friend and said “If he wants to see you happy you should come with me.” Those velvety smooth lines led to the exchanging of phone numbers, followed by a date the very next day.

Quiana is a realtor who has acquired her Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE) and Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS). Her background in marketing and management has helped as a sales agent in the metro Atlanta region.
She began her career as a realtor in 2007 as a real estate agent at Real Estate Investmenyts where she specialized in working with property buyers, sellers and renters interested in condos and townhomes in the Metro Atlanta area. She also worked as a marketing specialist at Milesproperties where she was responsible for marketing over 20 apartment communities in the metro Atlanta area.
In 2009 she joined Solid Source Realty where she worked until 2015 and also concurrently worked as a property manager at Princeton Properties where she was responsible for establishing rental rates, managing the property budget and increasing income for the apartment community. She also worked as a realtor at Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Metro Brokers.
In August 2015 she joined PalmerHouse Properties before living in 2020 after she founded her real estate firm, Watson Realty Co.
