Kate Flitcroft is an auctioneer, award-winning gemmologist and silver specialist. She is the head of jewellery and silver at Lyon & Turnbull in London. She also appears on BBC show Antiques Roadshow.

She is also a Gemmology Tutor at Gem-A and previously served as a Junior Project Designer and Historical Researcher for Andrews and Anderson and also worked at Christie’s for more than 10 years.

She is also an award-winning gemmologist who earned an FGA from the Gemmological Association of London (Gem-A) where she is currently an adjunct tutor and won the Anderson Medal for Gemmology in 2016.
