Dee Nguyen is an Australian reality star who made her reality TV debut on Geordie Shore season 17. She is a competitor of MTV’s The Challenge season 35 and the reigning champion of the show, having won season 34 with her teammates Jordan Wiseley, CT Tamburello and Rogan O’Connor.

Dee lived in Hong Kong until she was four years old when he mother decided to leave as her father was a “POS.” They immigrated to Australia where they lived in tiny apartments with other families and were really poor. Her mother then met a man who eventually became Dee’s stepfather, at which point they became a bit more settled.

She was appearing on the 35th season, Total Madness, which was filmed in the fall of 2019. She already has a red skull, meaning she’s qualified to compete in the final. MTV however announced that they had cut tires with her on June 8, 2020 after her comments about the Black Lives Matter movement.

Dee later posted an apology; “I am sorry for the insensitive tweet I posted earlier. I was being defensive and not speaking from my heart. But there’s no excuse. I also want to extend an apology to Bayleigh and Swaggy- who are my cast mates and deserve my respect and compassion.”

Dee Nguyen Fired
On June 8, 2020 MTV’s The Challenge announced that they have cut ties with Nguyen as a result of her comments about the Black Lives Matter movement as they “condemn systemic racism and stand with those raising their voices against injustice.”
