Buck Sexton Biography

Buck Sexton is an American radio host and conservative political commentator who appears frequently on the Fox News Channel and CNN. He is the host of The Buck Sexton Show and a former intelligence officer with the Central Intelligence Agency and NYPD Intel Division.

Sexton was born on December 28, 1981 in New York, United States.

Buck attended St. David’s School and later joined Regis High School. He has a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Amherst College in Massachusetts.

Buck’s father’s name is unknown but in September 2018 he posted a photo of him crediting his fishing skills. He captioned the photo; “My dad has always been a great outdoorsman. He’s taken me fishing all over North America, from Costa Rica to Alaska, and somehow he always catches the biggest/best fish. He even catches fish in places where the fishing is bad and everyone else strikes out. On the ocean, lake or stream, Dad never comes home empty handed.”

Sexton joined the Central Intelligence Agency Counterterrorism Center after college, where he served as an analyst and then moved to the Office of Iraq Analysis. In 2009 he was moved to Afghanistan office. He also served in the New York Police Department (NYPD) Intelligence Division working on counterterrorism issues.

Buck Sexton Blaze TV – Buck Sexton Radio

Buck joined Blaze TV in the summer of 2011, at the time it was known as GBTV, as the national security editor. He had initially been hired by Glenn Beck as a writer for his website.

He later became the co-host of TheBlaze TV’s daily news program Real News (2012 – 2014). He also hosts a daily radio show on TheBlaze Radio.

He is also a frequent guest host for The Rush Limbaugh Show, The Sean Hannity Show and The Glenn Beck Program. He was also a contributor to the CNN in 2014.

Buck Sexton Podcast

Buck is the host of a history-themed podcast called Shields High. During an interview with Inside Radio he said he got motivated to launch the podcast by the fact that there are many periods and characters that don’t get enough attention.

“I love history, and think that there are many periods and characters that don’t get nearly enough attention. I would occasionally go off on a 15-minute tangent on radio about a particular historical incident or person, and my audience pushed me to turn that impulse into some full-length history podcasts. The Buck Sexton Show

Buck is the host of The Buck Sexton Show, which is a syndicated conservative talk radio show. The show was previously known as America Now and was hosted by Andy Dean. It mainly covers politics. Buck joined the show on February 1, 2017 and has since become a more traditional conservative talk show.
