Bryon is married to Kristi Noem. The couple met in high school when Kristi had inspirations pf becoming a farmer and rancher. They got married in 1992 in watertown, South Dakota. Kristi and Bryon have three children; Kassidy Noem, Kennedy Noem and Booker Noem. Kristi’s daughter, Kassidy is a director of development at Collision Student Ministries Inc. She is a former certified residential appraiser until the end of 2021 when she resigned her appraisal position and turned in her licenses after scrutiny regarding meeting with then head of state appraisal program Sherry Bren.

Kristi is alleged to be romantically linked to Trump advisor Corey Lewandowski. This comes as a shock to many as Kristi won the governorship in 2018 promising to uphold the wholesome family values that she said South Dakotans have ‘long embraced’. She defended ‘traditional marriage,’ which she defined as ‘a special, God-given union between one man and one woman’.
