Tom Reber is an American contractor, performance coach and television personality. He is the founder of the Contract Fight and also hosts The Contract Fight podcast. He is the host of HGTV’s Unfinished Business and also the founder of We Live Unafraid Apparel.

Tom and his ex-wife have three children together. The couple struggled with infertility and opted to adopt. Tom however revealed that they always wanted to adopt but after the first biological kid. Five years in their marriage trying to get a kid they learnt that Tom was ‘firing blanks’.
The couple adopted their first son Dakota in 2000 when he was just a day old. In 2005 they adopted their daugter Iris from China. In 2009 they adopted their son Tiga, from Haiti, who was 8 years old at the time. The children are now all grown up. Dakota and Tiga are quite involved with his work. Dakota has his own window cleaning business called Fun Guys Window Cleaning.
He is also a step-father to Lee Unruh children; two daughters and son from her previous relationship.
