Joe Rhodes (Joseph Steven Rhodes) is an American entrepreneur and the founder of Stockton Road Capital. He is the husband of Natalie Morales, an American journalist serving as a co-host and moderator of the CBS Daytime talk show The Talk.

Joe is the son of Joseph Rhodes and Ellen Kay (Henderson) Rhodes. They got married on September 8, 1962. They both attended the University of New Mexico graduating in 1964.
Joe work for Aetna Life & Casualty in the Albuquerque office following his graduation. He quickly became a top agent and had a long and successful career progressing to be a Managing Director and General Manager of several multi-state regions around the country and winning a number of awards and recognitions. He built Aetna’s Pacific Northwest regional office from scratch and turned it into high performing region. He was later promoted to being the General Manager of the Midwest region in St. Louis, MO in 1980, and the Rocky Mountain Region in Denver, CO in 1989.
He concluded hia career with the Prudential Insurance Company as Managing Director in Chicago, IL retiring in 1996. His retirement was primarily to dedicate himself to the care of Kay who had been diagnosed with Alzheimer’s Disease and whom he cared for with extreme dedication until her passing in 2014.

She began her career at WVIT, a local NBC station in Hartford, Connecticut, before joining MSNBC, where she was an anchor and correspondent. In 2006, she joined “Today” as a national correspondent and went on to report across all of NBCUniversal News’ platforms, including “NBC Nightly News,” “Dateline” and MSNBC.
During her decade and a half at TODAY, Morales served as a news anchor and co-host of TODAY’s third hour before being named the show’s West Coast anchor in 2016.
