The representation involved extensive document collection, review and production, numerous depositions, and significant motion practice and hearings in the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York among others.
Prior to joining BakerHostetler, he was an associate at Storch Amini $ Munves, PC. He also was an associate ay Fried Frank. He was a judicial intern at the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York. He then joined the United States Attorney’s Office as a student prosecutor.
